Direct 1:1 Zoom Call 1hr with Coach , Exercise execution , Follow-ups for Cardio wokouts ,Client shares every meal picture with the Nutritionist, 2nd Counseling session Bi-weekly.

Week 1

Bridging Programme

We will start with assessments and then we will work on mobility and flexibility. Intensity required is also assessed. Based on assessments Workout Schedule is designed .

Week 2

Form Mastery

Focusing on compound movements with exact technique that makes every future kilo safe , repeatable and worth lifting. Squat, hinge, press and pull exercises are focused upon to build initial strength.

Week 3–6

Structural Loading

Progressive overload across the main lifts lays down tendon, joint and muscular resilience. We build the engine and the chassis before we ask for speed.

Week 6–10

Transformation Phase

Calibrated volume, intensity and nutrition converge. This is where the visible change happens — recomposition driven by data, not by crash deficits or burnout.

Performance & Weight Maintenance

The Founder

I built Terra so no one has to figure it out alone.

One life-changing experience

I need to make a confession at the outset. A little over seven years ago, I can still vividly remember it: I woke up in the middle of the night, in excruciating pain after my surgery in hospital, and the only thing I wished for was for the night to end. I couldn't bear the sadness in my parents' and my family's eyes — and that day, I owed it to myself to never be in such an avoidable situation.

The whole situation would have been avoided if I knew exactly how to take care of my body and keep myself healthy. I realized it was never too late, so I started taking care of myself — what I eat and I educated myself along the way. That's when it hit me: if we inculcate these things into our lives — not as a goal, not as a program, but as a lifestyle — it becomes easy. Moreover, today's world asks us to be mentally strong, and a healthy body makes surfing through everyday life far easier. That's how my journey as the founder of Terra Fitness has been about.
